Delivery Range
We currently offer domestic and international delivery services in Australia. Please confirm the specific countries and regions that can be delivered during checkout.

Delivery Method
Standard Delivery: Choose a reliable logistics company for transportation to ensure that the product is effectively protected during transportation.
Expedited Delivery: If you need expedited delivery, please select the corresponding expedited service when placing an order and pay the additional shipping fee.
Delivery Time
Order Processing: After receiving the order, we will process and ship it within 3 working days.
Delivery Time: Depending on your specific location, the delivery time is usually 5 working days.
International Delivery: The delivery time may vary depending on the destination, usually 10 working days. Please refer to the instructions of each shipping company for specific time limits.
Packaging requirements
All camping wood stoves are protected by sturdy packaging materials to ensure that they will not be damaged during transportation. We will regularly check and update the packaging materials to ensure the best protection.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the order. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. Please refer to our preferential policies for specific amounts.
Acceptance and claims
After receiving the goods, please check whether the packaging and products are intact in time. If any damage or missing is found, please record it when signing and contact us in time.
If the goods are damaged due to transportation, customers must file a claim within 48 hours after receiving the goods and provide necessary evidence (such as photos).
Special instructions
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, etc.) during transportation. We will actively communicate with the logistics company and strive to solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
